An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a thriving, well-respected independent small animal practice in Lincoln.

The Role – Head Vet

The successful candidate will join the senior management team, playing a pivotal role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring colleagues, and delivering a strategic vision focused on gold-standard, evidence-based veterinary care.
