Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct BREEAM assessments for new construction projects, ensuring compliance with BREEAM criteria.
  • Collaborate with design teams to provide sustainability advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation for BREEAM certification.
  • Stay updated with the latest BREEAM standards and guidelines, implementing them into assessments.
  • Work closely with the wider Building Compliance team on Large Scale Projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ideally 3 years experience completing/leading BREEAM projects.
  • Relevant degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certified BREEAM Assessor qualification with specific experience in BREEAM New Construction.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion and initiative to learn and develop your skills further.
