Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct BREEAM assessments for new construction projects, ensuring compliance with BREEAM criteria.
- Collaborate with design teams to provide sustainability advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation for BREEAM certification.
- Stay updated with the latest BREEAM standards and guidelines, implementing them into assessments.
- Work closely with the wider Building Compliance team on Large Scale Projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ideally 3 years experience completing/leading BREEAM projects.
- Relevant degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified BREEAM Assessor qualification with specific experience in BREEAM New Construction.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
