Salary: £38,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with occasional on-call responsibilities

You will ideally have:
- Experience in a management role within a residential care setting.
- The relevant experience and qualifications to fulfil the responsibilities of a Registered Manager.
- A strong understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
- A proactive, creative approach to improving residents' quality of life.
- The ability to develop a positive culture and turn ideas into meaningful improvements.
- Most importantly, you will be passionate about creating a home where residents feel valued, staff feel proud of their work and everyone is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
