Building Physics Consultant - Senior or Consultant Level
Location:Leeds (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Salary: £45,000+ DOE, with flexibility for the right level of seniority

We're currently working with a growing consultancy that is expanding its workload and taking on an exciting range of new projects across thesports and leisure, commercial offices, healthcare and laboratory sectors.
They're looking for someone who canhit the ground running, take ownership of projects and confidently deliver without extensive training or hand-holding.
The Role
You’ll work across a varied portfolio of projects, providing building physics expertise and supporting the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
The role will involve:
- Delivering building physics assessments and consultancy across a range of sectors.
- Working directly with clients and building strong professional relationships.
- Managing your own projects and contributing to wider project delivery.
- Using industry-standard modelling and assessment tools.
- Supporting a growing pipeline of new and exciting projects.
About You
We're looking for someone atConsultant or Senior Consultant levelwho already has solid Building Physics experience and is comfortable working independently.
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience working in aBuilding Physics consultancyenvironment.
- Strongclient-facing experienceand the confidence to communicate with clients and project teams.
- Experience withIESand/orOneClick.
- Experience withLife Cycle Assessment (LCA)would be a strong advantage.
- NDEA Level 5qualification would be desirable.
- OCDEAqualification would also be beneficial.
- The ability to manage projects effectively and work with minimal supervision.
- A proactive, practical approach — someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it
