An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and professional team at a well-established, RCVS‑accredited practice in a charming market town in Northamptonshire.
About the Practice
This respected practice boasts a loyal and long‑standing client base that values the high level of personal care delivered by the team. You\’ll be joining a supportive environment where clinical standards and patient welfare are the priority.
Conveniently located near the town centre, the practice is fully equipped with:
- Ultrasound
- ECG
- Dental suite
- In‑house laboratory
- Separate cat and dog wards and waiting areas
You will also have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and approachable team that shares your passion for high-quality veterinary care.
The Role
- Full‑time position (40 hours per week across 4 days)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, or 1 in 6 full weekends at the sister 24‑hour hospital
- Clinical leadership role with opportunities to develop and mentor others
- Involvement in shaping the clinical direction of the practice
About You
- RCVS‑registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Proven experience in delivering excellent clinical and client care
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and inspire your team
- Team player with a proactive and compassionate approach

The Package
- A superb salary of £55,000 – £60,000 DOE
