Fire Risk Assessor - Tier 3 / Advanced
We are looking for an experienced Tier 3 / Advanced Fire Risk Assessor to join our growing team, covering London and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across a range of residential and commercial properties.
Requirements
- Recognised Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent.
- Experience carrying out Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments.
- Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation and guidance.
- Good understanding of compartmentation, fire doors and passive fire protection.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Level 5 qualification in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience with complex, high-rise and higher-risk buildings.
