- Working closely with project and commercial teams to ensure design decisions align with programme and commercial requirements.
- Attending design, client and project meetings and providing technical input where required.
- Reviewing proposed façade systems, materials and construction methodologies.
- Ensuring designs comply with relevant Building Regulations, industry standards and project-specific requirements.
- Supporting the development of buildable, cost-effective and technically compliant façade solutions.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within façade design or façade construction, ideally with experience managing the design process on medium to large-scale projects. You may come from a background such as Façade Design, Design Management, Cladding, Curtain Walling, Rainscreen, Building Envelope or Architectural Engineering.
