The successful candidate will be an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon, experienced in delivering exceptional patient care and client communication. You will thrive in a team environment, demonstrating clinical leadership and supporting progressive practice culture, including nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop colleagues, sharing best practice and enhancing the skills of the wider team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional care during consultations and procedures
  • Preparing tailored treatment plans with clear cost estimates
  • Completing clinical handovers
  • Arranging transfers for out‐of‐hours or enhanced care patients
  • Driving professional excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance and the highest operational standards

Prescot itself is a vibrant town offering green spaces, excellent schools, and fantastic transport links to Liverpool and Manchester—ideal for vets looking to settle or relocate. A relocation allowance is available to support your move, making this an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a thriving, forward-thinking practice!

The Rota: Full time position, 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 full weekends
