The successful candidate will be an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon, experienced in delivering exceptional patient care and client communication. You will thrive in a team environment, demonstrating clinical leadership and supporting progressive practice culture, including nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop colleagues, sharing best practice and enhancing the skills of the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional care during consultations and procedures
- Preparing tailored treatment plans with clear cost estimates
- Completing clinical handovers
- Arranging transfers for out‐of‐hours or enhanced care patients
- Driving professional excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance and the highest operational standards
