Job Title: Permanent Home Manager Location: Elgin Salary: Up to £56,000 per annum plus bonus Due to retirement my fantastic client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead their well-rated nursing home in Elgin. As part of a reputable care provider, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and maintain compliance with Care Inspectorate (CI) standards. Key Responsibilities: – Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing home. – Ensure adherence to CI standards and regulations. – Lead and manage the nursing and support staff effectively. – Develop and implement care plans to meet residents\’ needs. – Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and safety. – Manage budgets and financial performance of the home. – Promote a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
