We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager for our residential facility in Haslingden. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and support for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the residential home in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead and support a team of care staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
