We are working with an award-winning care provider based in Devon to recruit an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager with a strong background in the nursing home sector. This is a key strategic role for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding standards of care while driving sustainable business growth.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting 5 nursing and residential homes to thrive — operationally, financially, and will make a genuine difference to the lives of residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Support and mentor Registered Managers, helping them to achieve excellence in care delivery and operational performance.
- Drive profitability and financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Lead on private resident acquisition, occupancy growth, and fee optimisation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and strengthen local reputation.
- Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal best practice.
