We are seeking a Residential Fire Risk Assessor to join our expanding team, carrying out fire risk assessments across a portfolio of residential properties including apartment blocks, supported housing, sheltered accommodation, HMOs, and housing association stock.
This is a hybrid role combining site inspections across Devon and the South West with home-based report writing, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements:- Minimum Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification
- Level 4 qualification desirable
- Experience assessing residential properties
- Strong understanding of current residential fire safety legislation and guidance
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Salary up to £52,000
