The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Partnership role at a flourishing practice in Warrington, Cheshire. The clinic is in a prime spot, with easy access to both Manchester and Liverpool. Inside, you’ll find a modern, well-designed space with four consult rooms, a dedicated operating theatre, and a separate cat clinic upstairs. The practice is fully equipped with top-tier tools including an advanced dental suite, tonopen, endoscope, ultrasound, ECG, in-house laboratory, and more. It already boasts a loyal client base and has excellent potential for further growth. This opportunity allows you to shape the clinical direction, expand your leadership skills, and provide outstanding patient care, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Who We’re Looking For
We want to hear from a confident GP Vet who is passionate about both clinical excellence and client service. You’ll need to be someone who can inspire a team, nurture strong relationships, and deliver tailored, high-quality care. Previous leadership or commercial experience is helpful, but what matters most is ambition, drive, and the desire to succeed—full support will be there every step of the way.
