The practice is well equipped to support excellent first opinion care, with an in‑house laboratory, digital X‑ray imaging and full surgical facilities, enabling vets to work cases thoroughly and confidently. ResponsibilitiesIn this part‑time role, you will deliver outstanding clinical care during consultations and procedures, create tailored treatment plans with clear communication and cost transparency, and ensure the highest standards of clinical governance and compliance. There is also the opportunity to engage in mentoring and supporting colleagues, contributing to a positive and progressive clinical culture while sharing best practice across the team.
QualificationsThe successful candidate will be an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical and communication skills, comfortable working collaboratively and confident in supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures. Leadership qualities and a passion for coaching, influencing and developing others will be highly valued, alongside a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient and client care.
Rota5 hours per week, 3 days per week, 1:4 Saturdays
