As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, delivering exceptional care during consultations and procedures while acting as a trusted point of guidance for colleagues. Working closely with the Practice Manager, you will help to drive both clinical excellence and commercial performance, contributing to the ongoing success and sustainability of the practice.
