About the Role
A unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious veterinary surgeon to become a Branch Partner across two thriving small animal practices in Oxfordshire. This is an ideal role for a veterinary professional ready to take the next step in their career and explore the rewards of clinic ownership. The successful candidate will become a local partner, owning a stake in the clinics and helping shape their future. Practices’ leadership will provide full support through clinic purchase, growth, and eventual exit.
Responsibilities
- Full‑time role within a team of 5 vets and 20 support staff.
- Provide clinical care across two sites, maintaining high medical standards.
- Contribute to both sites’ operations and patient/client care.
- Support clinic growth and leadership initiatives.
Qualifications & Attributes
- All‑round GP vet, professionally competent and passionate about delivering outstanding patient and client care.
- High medical standards, positive and energetic approach, strong ethical values.
- Team player, willing to contribute across both sites.
- Commercial or leadership experience welcomed, but passion, ambition, and commitment are essential.
Location
Both practices are located in historic market towns in Oxfordshire, offering a rich cultural heritage, excellent local amenities and beautiful countryside.
