We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, passionate, and dynamic domiciliary Registered Care Manager to join a developing home care service across Exmouth and Exeter. Across all their services they are deeply committed and dedicated to providing high-quality care and support by delivering outstanding services that enable individuals to maintain their independence and remain living comfortably in their own homes. We are looking for a Care Manager who has a passion for quality care and customer satisfaction.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong, hands-on experience within domiciliary care
- Currently working as a Deputy Care Manager or Care Manager in domiciliary care
- Already have or working towards QCF Level 5 Qualified with RMA/LMCS or NVQ L4
- Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own car
- Knowledgeable of CQC Essential Standards of Quality and Safety
- Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship or visa transfer
- Currently living in the Exmouth area
