Are you currently a Care Manager or Deputy Care Manager with experience in domiciliary care? We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, passionate, and dynamic domiciliary Registered Care Manager to join a developing home care service across Exmouth and Exeter.

Our client has many years experience in the care sector and is now developing a new Domiciliary Care Branch across Exmouth and Exeter. Across all their services they are deeply committed and dedicated to providing high-quality care and support by delivering outstanding services that enable individuals to maintain their independence and remain living comfortably in their own homes.

We are looking for a Care Manager who has a passion for quality care and customer satisfaction.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong, hands-on experience within domiciliary care
  • Currently working as a Deputy Care Manager or Care Manager in domiciliary care
  • Already have or working towards QCF Level 5
  • Qualified with RMA/LMCS or NVQ L4
  • Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own car
  • Knowledgeable of CQC Essential Standards of Quality and Safety
  • Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship or visa transfer
  • Currently living in the Exmouth area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe service delivery in line with legislation, company policies, and procedures.
  • Keep knowledge up to date through training and development.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting as required by law.
  • Promote customer rights and keep their wishes central to care.
  • Complete full needs and risk assessments before services begin.
  • Keep customer and family information secure and confidential.
  • Ensure sufficient qualified staff are allocated to meet service needs; manage absence, discipline, capability, and grievances per company policy.
  • Handle complaints and incidents, investigate service quality, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure all emergency on-call issues are dealt with effectively.
