We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a growing specialist façade company based in Stratford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, and façade systems to take on a key role within an expanding design team. The successful candidate will have around 5 years of experience within façade design management and will be confident overseeing design processes from concept through to delivery. This role has been created due to continued business growth and expansion within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the design process for rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, and façade systems.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, engineers, clients, and internal project teams.
- Review technical drawings, design specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure designs are delivered in line with project deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Lead design meetings and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills
