A highly reputable care provider is looking for an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager at their large residential home located in the Dunfermline area which is rated at 3\’s & 4\’s & owned by a growing UK wide provider.

This role is full time, 44 hours per week on a rota basis including on call with 50% of the hours supernumerary time, 4 days per week on a rota basis.

To be successful you will be/have:

• SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care & Level 3 Medication administration
• Experience within a care home setting at a senior level
• Excellent care planning & CI knowledge
• A passion for person centred care
• Respectful of people\’s values whilst promoting good care practices

About the home you will be helping to manage:

• Circa 60 beds
• Residential care home
• Caters for the elderly & those living with dementia
• Rated at 3\’s & 4\’s with CI
• Highly reputable home & company
