The Role: This is a mainly supernumerary Deputy Manager position, allowing you to focus on leadership, staff development, quality improvement, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the home. Some shift working will be required to support the team during busy periods or cover leave, giving you the opportunity to lead by example and remain connected with residents and colleagues. The role also includes some weekend working, agreed in advance and discussed during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager with the daily management of the care home.
- Work closely with the Clinical Deputy Manager to deliver exceptional resident care.
