An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a care service supporting adults across two specialist areas: Residential and dementia care for older adults, as well as support for adults under 65 with additional and complex needs.
This is a leadership role within a multi-service environment, offering the opportunity to bring stability, direction, and strong people leadership to an established team. You will be supported by a Deputy Manager and unit-level leadership.
The Role
You will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team engagement across both areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Holding CQC registration and overall accountability for the service
- Leading and developing the management team
- Ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery
- Maintaining strong safeguarding and governance practices
- Supporting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture
- Driving continuous improvement and operational performance

About You
