We're seeking an experienced Senior Fire, Health & Safety Consultant to join our expanding consultancy, supporting clients across London and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated professional who can deliver high-quality fire risk assessments and health & safety consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
The Role
- Conducting fire risk assessments across residential and commercial premises.
- Carrying out health & safety inspections and audits.
- Producing detailed, high-quality reports with practical recommendations.
- Advising clients on compliance with current fire safety and health & safety legislation.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues where appropriate.
Essential Requirements
- CMIOSH status.
- Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- Intermediate Tier registration on the Fire Risk Assessors Register.
- Demonstrable experience undertaking fire risk assessments independently.
- Strong working knowledge of UK fire safety and health & safety legislation.
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
