Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct BREEAM assessments and provide certification for projects including New Construction, In-Use, Refurbishment, and Fit-Out.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure sustainability goals are met and provide guidance on achieving BREEAM ratings.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation in compliance with BREEAM standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and BREEAM requirements to maintain and enhance professional knowledge.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate assessment outcomes and recommendations.
- Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities for BREEAM services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified BREEAM Assessor with experience in New Construction.
- Additional understanding of In-Use, Refurb, and Fit-Out assessments preferable.
- Proficiency in the Home Quality Mark (HQM) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sustainable building practices and environmental impact assessments.
