The Role
As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and regulatory compliance of our home care service. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of coordinators, supervisors, and carers as an effective domiciliary care manager.
- Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain “Good” or “Outstanding” inspection ratings.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of care staff.
- Develop care plans and monitor the quality of service as a proactive homecare manager.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local authorities.

About You
- Proven domiciliary care experience in a management or senior leadership position (5+ years).
- An NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Leadership & Management) or be working towards it.

- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in home care.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
