Well-respected tier 3 veterinary hospital situated in the vibrant city of Leeds. Exceptionally well-equipped, with a full imaging suite, four theatres, an ICU, dental suite with x-ray, in-house lab, and separate dog, cat, exotic, and day/long-stay wards.
4 day working week with No OOH. Fantastic salary up to £60,000 DOE. Relocation support available.

This is an exciting opportunity for a vet who enjoys variety in their caseload and thrives in a supportive environment. You’ll be confident across consults, diagnostics, and a mix of routine and non-routine surgeries, with the clinical freedom to make well-informed decisions and the backing of a knowledgeable, friendly team – including certificate holders and experienced RVNs.
The hospital itself is exceptionally well-equipped, with a full imaging suite (including ultrasound, onsite CT, and visiting MRI), four theatres, an ICU, dental suite with x-ray, in-house lab, and separate dog, cat, exotic, and day/long-stay wards. The practice also benefits from five satellite clinics, giving clients easy access to outstanding veterinary care.
You’ll be based in the vibrant city of Leeds, with easy access to the scenic Peak District and historic York just under an hour away – perfect for exploring on your days off. The team puts a strong emphasis on work-life balance and maintaining a positive, inclusive working culture where everyone looks out for one another.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be RCVS-registered, confident in your clinical abilities, and someone who genuinely enjoys working as part of a team to provide the best possible care. A proactive and easy-going attitude, strong communication skills, and a client-focused mindset will ensure you fit right in.
The Rota: 4-day week, 1:4 weekends with extra day off following No OOH’s.
The Package: An excellent salary of up to £60,000 DOE, 5-weeks holiday plus bank holidays, birthday leave, relocation support, RCVS and VDS fees paid, employer contribution pension scheme, life assurance, e-car salary sacrifice scheme, enhanced equal family leave, generous CPD funding.
