Key Requirements for BREAAM Assessor • BREEAM Assessor qualification – AP, IN USE, ON CONSTRUCTION • IES VE • Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to estimate embodied carbon. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team that values quality, innovation, accountability, and knowledge sharing. • Self motivated Professional
