A friendly, progressive 4-site small animal practice in South Wales is seeking an experienced locum veterinary surgeon to provide long-term cover from April to September 2026, supporting the team during a period of maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident clinician looking for a supportive environment with excellent case continuity and flexibility.
What's on offer:
- Competitive daily rate of £450–£500
- Potential for shared accommodation based in Brecon
- Protected lunch breaks, built-in admin time, and 15-minute appointments
- Clinical freedom with excellent internal case support
- 24-hour on-site nurse-led inpatient care (Monday–Friday)
- 4-day working week (flexible depending on candidate)
- Saturday rota assistance welcomed but not essential
- Contract options considered: Sole Trader, Ltd Company, Umbrella, or casual contract
