Job Title: Permanent Air Tester\\nLocation: Watford\\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\\nSalary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)\\nSPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE \\n\\nJob Description:\\nWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Air Tester to service the South of England. The successful candidate will be a qualified Air Tester, joining a growing team in Watford on a permanent basis.\\nAs a key member of our environmental testing team, you will play an essential role in ensuring that the air quality in buildings and construction sites meets industry standards and health regulations.\\nThe ideal candidate will have expertise in air testing, acoustics, air tightness, and air quality. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n- Conduct air testing procedures to evaluate air quality and ensure compliance with environmental standards on a range of residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., Building Regulations, Part F).\\n- Perform ventilation flow rate testing, air tightness tests, and other related assessments.\\n- Analyze test results and prepare accurate and detailed reports documenting findings, test results, and recommendations for improvements.\\n- Communicate clearly with clients and contractors, providing professional advice and guidance when necessary.\\n- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to improve air quality and reduce noise pollution.\\n- Ensure that all testing equipment is calibrated, maintained, and in good working order.\\n- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines while conducting tests.\\n- Travel to various job sites across the South East as required.\\n\\nQualifications and Skills:\\n- Level 1 qualification in Air Testing (preferably CIBSE/ATTMA or equivalent certification).\\n- Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance standards.\\n- Proven experience in air testing; quality and tightness, and acoustics.\\n- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\\n- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clear and accurate reports.\\n- Full UK driving license with the ability to travel across the South West region.\\n- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
