About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Quality & Compliance Manager to oversee and drive quality assurance across our Children’s Homes in the West Midlands. This field-based role requires regular travel to various locations including Wolverhampton, Bilston, Oldbury, and Birmingham, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust quality assurance systems and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Lead service quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery to promote continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external regulators, including Ofsted, to maintain high standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • NVQ Level 5 or Level 7 in Children and Young People, or equivalent qualification (essential).
  • Proven leadership and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in quality management, risk assessment, and service improvement strategies.
  • Previous Ofsted experience, such as inspector or similar regulatory role, is highly desirable.
