We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Manager for a modern, large care facility in Wolverhampton, renowned for its excellent reviews. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in turnaround management to address areas requiring improvement. This role demands strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of care standards, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home.
- Implement strategies for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
- Experience in nursing home management.

- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and care management software used within the home (e.g., electronic care planning, rostering, incident reporting systems).
- Enhanced DBS check required and registration with the CQC as a responsible individual, to be completed by the company.
