Purosearch Ltd is partnering with a Westhoughton-based children's home to appoint a Registered Manager. You will assume overall day-to-day management, lead the staff team, ensure safety, recording, safeguarding and Ofsted readiness, and shape a nurturing environment for children and young people.
The role requires at least 2 years in Ofsted-regulated homes, leadership experience, and relevant qualifications (level 3/4 Diploma preferred, level 5 leadership preferred).
