About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and operational performance of the home. You will drive high standards of care, maintain compliance with CQC regulations, and create a positive, person-centred culture for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and daily operational performance.
