A well known and respected care home provider are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager for their residential service in the West Malling area. The Owner is looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of their medium sized service providing specialist care for elderly adults, and general care needs. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CQC.
Job Requirements for Registered Home Manager:
- Overall responsibility of the home
- Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
- Budgets/ business development / marketing
- Staff management/ appraisals/ training
Skills/Qualifications:
