About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee dayâtoâday regional operations, ensuring homes are wellâmanaged, stable, and consistently delivering high standards of care.
- Provide handsâon support and coaching to Home Managers to ensure they are CQC and inspection ready at all times.
- Conduct regular governance reviews and audits of each home, identifying risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Develop clear, measurable action plans following audits and inspections, and monitor progress through to completion.
- Take ownership of regional budgeting and financial performance, reviewing P&L and implementing measures to achieve agreed targets.
