We’re seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Manager to lead our growing home care service in Uxbridge, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care for our clients living in their own homes.
About the Role
As the Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, leading a team of care coordinators and support workers, and delivering exceptional quality care throughout the Uxbridge area. You will:
- Oversee the safe delivery of all domiciliary care services.
- Manage recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements and company policies.
- Develop care plans and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and local authorities.
- Drive business growth through excellent service delivery and community engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary or home care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
