About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Team Manager to oversee multiple services, lead support teams and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop support teams across multiple services.
- Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
- Review care plans and liaise with families and professionals.
- Drive service improvements and positive outcomes for the people we support.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for person-centred care.
