As a BREEAM Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of BREEAM assessments for a diverse range of projects.
You will apply your technical expertise in building performance simulation using IES and life cycle assessment through OneClick LCA to assist clients in obtaining BREEAM certifications.
This position is ideal for a qualified assessor who is passionate about sustainable building design.
BREEAM Assessor Qualification must be an accredited BREEAM Assessor.
Extensive experience in building performance simulations using IES (Integrated Environmental Solutions) software.
Proficiency with OneClick LCA software, including conducting life cycle assessments for building projects.
Strong understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and BREEAM criteria.
