Are you an experienced Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? Our small, well-established nursing home in Ipswich is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our friendly team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Oversee clinical governance, care planning and medication management
- Mentor nursing staff and contribute to ongoing training and development
- Ensure CQC standards are met and exceeded
- Work closely with the management team to maintain a warm, supportive environment for residents and families
What we’re looking for:
- RGN with a valid NMC pin
- Previous experience in a senior nurse or clinical lead role (or strong desire to step up)
- Strong leadership, communication and clinical skills
