The Role
As Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
You will lead and develop a dedicated team while implementing strategies to grow occupancy and enhance the home's reputation within the local community.
What We're Looking For
- Current or recent experience as a Care Home Manager within a luxury or premium elderly care setting.
- A demonstrable history of increasing occupancy and achieving strong commercial performance.
- Proven experience leading successful turnaround or improvement projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and governance.
- Commercial awareness with strong budgeting and financial management experience.
- Passion for delivering outstanding resident care and an exceptional customer experience.
