The Role
As the Care Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident experience are consistently achieved. You will lead, motivate and develop your team while maintaining excellent occupancy levels, delivering strong financial performance, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Care Home Manager, Registered Manager, or Home Manager within elderly residential or nursing care
- Strong knowledge of the elderly care sector, including dementia care and person-centred care
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, compliance, and quality standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
