An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Children’s Home Manager to lead a 3-bed complex needs home in Spalding. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People (or currently enrolled)
- Experience managing a children’s residential home, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior/supervisory role within residential childcare
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
