Developing care provider looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager for a 30 bed residential home focused on dementia and general elderly care in the Somerton, Somerset area.
The Regional Manager is seeking a passionate individual with:
- Experience managing an elderly-focused residential home or significant Deputy Management experience
- A passion for high-quality care
- A good understanding of the needs of people with dementia
- A good understanding of CQC requirements
