We are looking for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a Somerset Nursing home owned by a developing care provider. This is more than a management role. About the Role

As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home. You will be empowered to build a dementia service rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and innovation. You will:

  • History of achieving GOOD CQC reports
  • In-depth knowledge of dementia best practice and regulatory requirements
  • A visible, values‑led leadership style that motivates and empowers teams
