Senior Fire Consultant London & South East
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Fire Consultant to support our continued growth across London and the South East.
You will deliver a range of fire safety services across residential and commercial properties, working independently to manage inspections, assessments and client relationships.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing Type 1 4 Fire Risk Assessments
- Undertaking compartmentation surveys
- Carrying out fire door inspections
- Producing clear, accurate and professional reports
- Providing practical fire safety advice to clients and stakeholders
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent qualification
- Registration at Intermediate Tier or Tier 2 level with a recognised fire risk assessor register
- Proven experience undertaking Type 1 4 Fire Risk Assessments
- Experience with compartmentation inspections and fire door surveys
- Strong technical knowledge and report-writing ability
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South East
Desirable
- Experience completing External Wall Fire Risk Appraisals (FRAEW/EWS) would be beneficial, although this is not essential.
