About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a well-established residential care home. Working closely with the Registered Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person‑centred care for residents. You will support the day‑to‑day management of the home, lead and develop the care team, and help maintain the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident wellbeing. In the absence of the Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall running of the home, ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a safe, welcoming, and homely environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous leadership experience within a residential or nursing care setting who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and rewarding environment.
