Location: Near Snodland, Kent

Salary: £75,000 per annum + Bonus

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

I am seeking an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established care home near Snodland, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to join a reputable care provider committed to delivering high-quality care for residents.

The Ideal Candidate:

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration

Experienced as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting

Strong understanding of CQC regulations and a proven track record of achieving and maintaining good or outstanding ratings

Ideally experienced in turning around underperforming homes and driving improvement

Skilled in managing large teams and ensuring high standards of care and operational efficiency

A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills

Passionate about delivering person-centred care and promoting residents’ well-being
