My client has a well-established nursing home near East Grinstead, they are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead their team and provide the highest quality of care to their residents., QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
A valid nursing pin (ideally, but not essential).
In-depth knowledge of dementia care (preferred).
Proven registered management experience in a similar setting.
Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
