Position: Registered Manager – Mental Health Residential Home
Location: Near St Leonards-on-Sea, Sussex
Salary: Up to £52,500 p/a + Bonus (£5,825 p/a) + Benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Hols
My client is a family-run care provider with a strong local reputation, they are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead their specialist mental health residential service.
What They Are Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience as a CQC Registered Manager
- QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Background in mental health care (e.g. EUPD, bipolar, schizophrenia). LD experience also considered
- Residential care experience strongly preferred
- Driver with reliable daily commute to Bexhill-on-Sea
